While this is mainly a shirt for runners, I use it at the gym for working out. Most men there still use cotton shirts and you can see all the sweat that darkens and weighs down their shirts. With this nylon shirt, I both keep cool and dry. I love it. I highly recommend it for any activity that involves moving around and perspiring, because it's so comfortable.

I have three of these tops (red, blue and yellow) and I love them all. I'm a heavy sweater, and they are perfect for fall and spring runs here in the mid-Atlantic.

The fabirc is great, no chafing and excellent wicking. On moderate to low humid days your skin will stay pretty dry and comfortable.

HOWEVER, on days with high humidity there's no chance. This is more a matter of environment (I've never had a shirt that does particularly well in that kind of weather. Can't beat science!). So don't expect wonders on that front.

But for the price, if you're looking for a good lightweight running singlet/tank, this will do it.

trIt glides over my skin, and absorbs all my sweat. I run about 5k every night, and it's amazing.

Do not buy this because it's reflective, it doesn't even have one square inch of reflective material. I'd use the Brooks Nightlife product line, with a nice powerful flashlight running against traffic, if you want truly reflective clothing.

Best socks I've ever owned, after I order my finishline gel-nimbus 13's I will be ordering 6 more pairs of these, great arch support and amazing comfort, even feel great putting them on under other socks. ASICS RULE!!!
